Janet Herilla

Janet Herilla, LCSW-C has extensive work experience in the field of social work and quality improvement. Janet currently holds the position of Quality Improvement Director at Sevita, starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Quality Improvement Manager at The MENTOR Network from October 2020 to May 2021. From January 2018 to October 2020, Janet served as the Quality/Clinical Director at MENTOR Maryland. Janet also worked as an administrator at Catholic Charities from January 2017 to January 2018.

Janet has previous experience with MENTOR Maryland, where they held various roles including Deputy State Director from May 2009 to January 2011 and State Quality Assurance Manager from February 2008 to May 2009. Janet also worked as a Program Manager, Clinical Supervisor, Intake Coordinator, and Clinical Coordinator at MENTOR Maryland from 1999 to 2005.

Beginning their career, Janet worked as a Social Worker at Baltimore County DSS from July 1996 to January 1999.

Janet Herilla, LCSW-C holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, completed from 1992 to 1994. Their education has focused on the field of Social Work.
