Jen Frakes Bcba

Jen Frakes MA BCBA is a Master's level Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in behavior consulting since 2007. Currently serving as a Behavior Consultant at Individual Advocacy Group, Sevita, Alpha Omega Consulting Inc., and SPARC, Jen has been instrumental in creating positive changes for families, agencies, and individuals. Additionally, Jen has provided services through Behavior Resource LLC, which includes ownership and consulting roles. Former positions include Behavior Consultant at Transitions of Western Illinois, United Cerebral Palsy Land of Lincoln, Springfield Public School District 186, and the Department of Child and Family Services. With experience as a Community Instructor at Lincoln Land Community College, Jen co-taught a social skills class for young adults with Autism and other social needs. Jen holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School and has further training in coaching from iPEC Coaching.
