Fabien Gauthier

Fabien Gauthier has over 15 years of experience in IT and telecommunications, currently serving as Responsable Adjoint Toip / Incident Manager at SEWAN GROUPE since November 2008, managing a team of voice engineers and overseeing incident management. Previously held roles at SEWAN GROUPE include Incident Manager, Technical Reference for the Customer Service Center, and Support Technician. Prior experience includes supervising servers for Atos and developing virtualization solutions for Orange. Educationally, Fabien Gauthier holds a Licence Professionnelle in Networks and Telecommunications from IUT des pays de l'Adour and a DUT in the same field from IUT de Blois.
