Stephen Allen is a seasoned automotive technician and educator with extensive experience in the automotive industry and a strong background in fire science. Currently serving as a Senior Master Automotive Technician at Sewell Family of Companies, Inc. and as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Odessa College, Stephen has previously held positions such as Automotive Technician at Blake Ford and Apprentice Technician at Bowditch Ford. Stephen's military experience in the US Navy includes roles as Damage Control Assistant, Emergency Operations Manager at NAVSTA Norfolk, and Damage Controlman aboard USS San Antonio, where responsibility included managing firefighting equipment and operations. Stephen holds a diploma in Automotive Technology from NASCAR Technical Institute, a Bachelor's Degree in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University.
