Cody Ainsworth

Cody Ainsworth has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Founder/Operator of Ainsworth Solutions from 1997 to 2006. Following this, they worked as an Information Systems Specialist at Texas A&M University from 2002 to 2006, where they provided support for network infrastructure and university software applications. Cody then transitioned to Sewell Automotive Companies, where they held various roles. Cody started as an Internet Parts Sales & Web Development specialist from 2006 to 2010, responsible for creating and hosting an automotive parts retailing website. Cody then became a Project Manager & Senior Software Developer from 2010 to 2018, leading the development and support of the Sewell Internal Portal. Since 2018, Cody has been serving as the Director of Software Development & Data Analytics, leading a team responsible for the organization's data warehouse, third-party integrations, software development, and process improvement initiatives. The main goal of their team is to provide Sewell Automotive Companies with unique competitive advantages.

Cody Ainsworth has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2006. Cody also has completed several executive certificate programs from MIT Sloan Executive Education, including an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership in 2019, an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation, and an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation & Technology, both obtained in 2022 from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
