Cory Nelson

Cory Nelson has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Pre-Owned Sales Manager at Sewell Automotive Companies since 2005 and holding the position of Director of Purchasing and Wholesale Manager at Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine. Under Cory's leadership, the dealership achieved recognition as the #2 Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac Dealer in the nation from 2014 to 2019 and maintained the highest customer satisfaction scores among Sewell dealerships from 2013 to 2018. Cory has a proven track record in inventory management, having purchased over $500 million in pre-owned inventory and sold over $250 million in wholesale inventory and new/pre-owned trades between 2006 and 2019. Prior to Sewell, Cory served as the Director of Purchasing at driversselect and as a Buyer/Auction Coordinator at CarMax. Cory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas, awarded in 2002.
