Tizzita Tefera is a highly experienced professional in social entrepreneurship and development. Currently serving as Principal at WeScaleImpact since October 2022, Tizzita also holds positions such as Executive Board Member at the Social Enterprise World Forum C.I.C. and Youth Advisor for the UK Government in Ethiopia. As a co-founder and Board Member of Social Enterprise Ethiopia, Tizzita contributed to significant policy advocacy and organized the first Social Enterprise World Forum in sub-Saharan Africa. Tizzita's past roles include Independent Consultant and Senior Communications Advisor at the Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Energy in Ethiopia, along with co-founding several innovative initiatives like mTena and NisreTena. Tizzita's academic background includes a Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship and Management from Roskilde University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kenya Methodist University.
