Brice Bonato

Brice Bonato is a co-founder with extensive experience in the French real estate sector. Since June 2010, Brice Bonato has co-founded Sextant France et International, contributing to the PropTech revolution through innovative approaches and digitalization of real estate activities. Simultaneously, Brice Bonato co-founded Le Coin du LMNP, the first cabinet in France dedicated to the resale of properties benefiting from non-professional furnished rental status, aiming to assist individuals in building wealth and securing retirement through property investment. Additionally, Brice Bonato has served as co-founder and managing director of Sextant French Property since May 2005, offering a wide range of properties for sale across various regions in France. Brice Bonato holds a Master's degree in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
