Julien Sahut

Julien Sahut is an accomplished wine professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Wine at Sexy Fish since September 2015, Julien leads the wine department and oversees a team of 14 sommeliers across two locations, contributing to the creation of a comprehensive wine program. Julien co-founded the smartphone app Wine Picker, which aids diners in selecting wines that complement their meals, and established Wine-Culture.org.uk, a website dedicated to food and wine reviews. Previous roles include co-owning Jumijam, assistant head sommelier at The Dorchester - China Tang, and head sommelier at Hibiscus Restaurant, where Julien ensured Michelin-star service standards. Julien holds advanced certifications from the Wines and Spirits Education Trust and degrees in hospitality and tourism management from Lycée Hôtelier in France.
