Rebecca Berro is an experienced hair and makeup professional with a diverse background in the beauty industry. Since June 2016, Rebecca has operated as an Independent Business Owner at Hairstar Artistry. Additionally, Rebecca has been an Educator for Sexy Hair since March 2009, providing technical education to salon and store customers as an independent contractor.
