Tom Bigliano

Tom Bigliano has a strong background in various leadership roles in the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Tom is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Seyer Industries, Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Field Aerospace, where they were responsible for leading a multinational aircraft modifications organization. Before that, Tom was the Director of Project Management at Rhinestahl Corporation, where they played a key role in identifying growth opportunities and guiding business process improvements. Tom also served as Vice President/General Manager at GKN Aerospace, overseeing operations across multiple sites and driving business development initiatives. Tom has extensive experience in engineering and program management, having worked at Lockheed Martin, Marion Composites, and LTV Aerospace in various capacities.

Tom Bigliano received their Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Purdue University, where they attended from 1980 to 1984. Tom later pursued their MBA in General Business at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 2005 to 2006.
