Nilakshi Pathirana

Nilakshi Pathirana currently serves as the Manager of Product & Channel Development - Leasing and Manager of Collections at Seylan Bank PLC, a position held since March 2019. Prior to this, Nilakshi Pathirana accumulated extensive experience at Nations Trust Bank PLC from January 2006 to March 2019, advancing through various roles including Manager of Collections Analytics & Admin, Assistant Manager of Credit Cards Collections, Senior Tele Support Assistant for Credit Cards, Team Leader for Retail Collections & Recoveries, and Tele Calling Assistant for Retail Collections & Recoveries. Nilakshi Pathirana is pursuing a Certificate in Practical Aspects of Leasing at the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Asia e University, along with a Diploma in Credit Monitoring and NPA Management, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Nations Trust Bank.
