Rob Seymour

Rob Seymour is the founder and CEO of SEYMOUR Advanced Technologies, which provides clients with enhanced toolboxes for production, designed around their requirements and today's integrated manufacturing environment. Prior to that, they worked at Weber Screwdriving Systems as an internal operations leader and engineering manager. Rob also worked as a senior mechanical design engineer at Murata Machinery USA, a mechanical engineer at The Raymond Corporation, and a senior mechanical engineer at SureScan Corporation. Additionally, they worked as a mechanical engineer at Universal Instruments, a mechanical and industrial engineering intern at Orion Bus Industries, an airplane technician at Lockwood Aviation Repair, a gearbox manager at Barber Dodge Racing, and a race technician at Roush Fenway Racing. Seymour has experience in corporate policy and procedure development, documentation control, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing, research and development, FEA analysis, GD&T applications, and dimensional tolerance RMS analysis.

Rob Seymour obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Automotive Technology from Onondaga Community College in 1996. Rob graduated from SUNY Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology in 2005 and earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Advanced Technology from the same university in 2006. Rob has also obtained various certifications from institutions such as LinkedIn, National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), Rotax-Owner.com, and Ford Motor Company, among others.
