Frank Maciel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Frank began their career in 1993 as a Product Line Controller at Santa Barbara Research Center, where they managed the financial activities for the Fire Sensing product line. After that, they moved to Santa Barbara Dual Spectrum in 1995, taking on the role of Controller and overseeing the financial operations of a division of Williams Holdings / Kidde. In 2001, Maciel joined Kidde Technologies Incorporated / Kidde Dual Spectrum as the Controller / Chief Financial Officer, leading finance and accounting operations for a $25M business unit. Maciel then joined Hamilton Sundstrand (UTC) / Kidde Dual Spectrum in 2006 as the General Manager, where they directed strategic planning, budgeting, manufacturing, supply-chain management, and regulatory compliance for the local business unit. Frank managed a team that grew from 65 to nearly 100 employees during their tenure. Most recently, Maciel worked at Seymour Duncan as the Chief Financial Officer, where they held this role since January 2014. As the CFO, they were responsible for financial management and oversight of the company.

Frank Maciel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from California Polytechnic State University. Frank also participated in the Emerging Leaders Program at Darden School of Business/University of Virginia, starting in 2009. The end year for both these educational experiences is not provided.
