Stephen Villella

Stephen Villella is an experienced professional in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as an Alliance Manager at Seymour Whyte since August 2025. Prior to this role, Stephen held significant positions at McConnell Dowell, including General Manager for Victoria and Tasmania, and Operations Manager for the same region. Stephen's tenure at CPB Contractors spanned nearly eight years, where responsibilities included Delivery Manager for the Rail Infrastructure Alliance and Project Director for the CityLink Tulla Widening Project, among other roles. Earlier experiences include being a Delivery Manager at Thiess and a Project Manager at Fulton Hogan.
