With the support of our entire community, we create life changing opportunities through training and the power of work. Goodwill SF Bay serves thousands of people in our community every year who are emerging from military service, incarceration, homelessness, recovery from addiction – or simply lacking education or job skills. We provide no cost career services, job training and connections to jobs at Goodwill or one of our 334 employer partners. 

Goodwill relies on a combination of material and financial donations. While many nonprofits must raise 100% of their operating and program budget, our employment social enterprise allows us to leverage every item donated through our 33 donation centers and purchased at one of our 34 stores, 2 warehouse outlets or online - to generate 85% of the revenue we need. This leaves a gap of 15% to be raised through philanthropy and government support.

The Marketing Team at SF Bay Goodwill is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the organization's mission and services. They manage communications, digital marketing campaigns, and public relations efforts to engage the community, attract donations, and support fundraising initiatives. The team works collaboratively to increase visibility and awareness of Goodwill's impact on local job training, employment services, and community support programs.
