Noriko Lim-Tepper, Ed.D., currently serves as the Chief Strategic Partnerships & Advocacy Officer at SF-Marin Food Bank, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Noriko was the Chief Public Affairs Officer & Chief of Staff in the Office of the President at San Francisco State University from February 2016 to May 2024, acting as the main external affairs officer and advisor, facilitating connections among the campus community, elected officials, and community leaders. Prior roles include Director and Associate Director of Government and Community Relations, as well as Senior Field Representative for the California State Assembly, overseeing district priorities such as health and transportation policy. Noriko's educational background includes a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California, along with a Master's Degree in Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of San Francisco.
