Jessica Christian

Jessica Christian is an experienced photojournalist and photo editor with a diverse background in media and photography. Currently serving as a photojournalist at the San Francisco Chronicle and SFGATE since January 2018 and as a photo editor at the San Francisco Examiner since February 2016, Jessica has developed a strong expertise in visual storytelling. Previous roles include contributing photographer and photo intern at the San Francisco Chronicle and SFGATE, photo intern at the San Francisco Examiner, and photo editor for Golden Gate Xpress, the student-run publication at San Francisco State University. Education includes participation in the Eddie Adams Workshop Class XXVIII in 2015, a degree in Multimedia Journalism from San Francisco State University (2010-2014), and a study abroad program at the Institute for Education in International Media in 2013.
