Emma Yeo Cemap

Emma Yeo (Sullivan) is an experienced educational leader and operations manager with a diverse background in the education sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Business Development Manager at SFC since November 2021, Emma has previously held roles such as Peer Inspector at Estyn, where influential communication and evidence-based assessment were key responsibilities. Emma has also contributed significantly as Deputy Head Teacher at Oak Field Primary School, leading a team and analyzing data to enhance student outcomes. Prior experience includes teaching at Romilly Primary School, where Emma focused on child protection and literacy improvement, and serving as a Local Authority Advisory Teacher at Rhondda Cynon Taf CBC, improving Early Years standards.
