M Haridharan

M Haridharan is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations for the Fluids division of SFC Solutions, overseeing three plants across India since January 2019. Prior roles include Plant Head at TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited from May 2018 to January 2019 and at Cooper Standard from March 2013 to May 2018. M Haridharan also held the position of DGM-Operational Excellence at Tube Products of India between August 2011 and March 2013, and prior to that, served as Sr. Manager at RANE from July 1993 to August 2011. M Haridharan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, completed in 1993.
