Paula Castillo

Paula Castillo is the Human Resources and Performance Director at Sfera Legal, overseeing all HR functions and promoting a positive corporate culture. Prior to this, she worked as a Learning and Development Manager at FIFCO, where she was responsible for implementing corporate training plans. She also has experience as a Strategy and Performance Specialist, ensuring strategic alignment within business units. With a background in market research and business administration, Paula's expertise spans various industries including food service and personal care. Her education includes an MBA from INCAE Business School and a Bachelor's degree from Universidad de Costa Rica.
