Richard Prodigalidad has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as a Digital Transformation Consultant at Smarprodigy Design Thinking & AI Consulting Services, where they utilize their expertise in digital technology to drive change and optimize customer engagement. Richard is also a Co-Founder of Learnovate LMS Technology, Xertify Blockchain Certification, and SFIO (Starfleet Innotech, Inc.), where they have played key roles in developing and managing innovative solutions. Richard has also held leadership positions as Chief Technology Officer at Project Fort / Day 3 Innovations and President/CEO at LEENTech Network Solutions, DHQ Digital Marketing Inc., Webworx Design Studio Inc., and Livewire365. Overall, Richard possesses a strong background in technology, innovation, and business development.

Richard Prodigalidad completed their educational journey with a Master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Ateneo de Manila University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Delasalle University Dasmarinas between 1995 and 1998. Richard also earned an Associate degree in Computer Science from San Sebastian College - Recoletos de Cavite from 1993 to 1995.
