Justin Karunakaran

Justin Karunakaran is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and project management. Currently serving as the Sr. General Manager and Operations Head at SFO Technologies, Justin oversees plant operations at NATDC in Kochi. Previously, Justin held significant roles at Avalon Technologies Limited as Plant Head and General Manager of Projects, where responsibilities included managing special projects and establishing infrastructure for business growth. With a background as Managing Director at K R J Industries and Plant Head at CIS Global by nVent, Justin has demonstrated expertise in resource management, production optimization, and quality assurance. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Bharathiar University.
