Luc Piaton has extensive experience in the telecommunications and managed services industries, holding various leadership roles since 1989. Currently serving as the Director of a department within B2B Information Systems at SFR Business since October 2015, Luc Piaton manages four teams focused on B2B application management and customer services. Prior positions at SFR Business include Director of B2B Fixed Data Service Line, where Luc Piaton was responsible for delivering extensive B2B Fixed Data services, and Director of Support, Managed Services & Cyber Defence. Prior to joining SFR Business, Luc Piaton held significant roles at Telindus, including Director of Remote Operating Center and Service Delivery Manager, as well as experience managing projects in the aeronautic and oil & gas sectors with INEO-CORIS and working in R&D at Marconi-Adret. Luc Piaton holds a degree from CentraleSupélec, earned between 1985 and 1988.
