Wilfried Roth

Wilfried Roth is an experienced professional in the field of Unified Communications, currently serving as the Head of Unified Communication Support at SFR Business since December 2015. In this role, Roth manages the support activity and leads a team of N2/N3 engineers. Previously, Roth held the position of Unified Communications Support Team Manager, overseeing a team of experts in IP video and telephony, and worked as a Technical Account Manager, ensuring customer solutions were fully operational. Prior experience includes roles at Groupe Telindus France S.A. as an Information Technology Operations Engineer, responsible for operating Cisco telephony solutions for a major banking group, and as an Operating Technician for TOIP. Roth is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at ESSEC Executive Education, with additional study tours at POLIMI Graduate School of Management and UCLA Anderson School of Management, focusing on global management and business.
