Alioune Laba Ndiaye

Alioune Laba Ndiaye has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as an Ingenieur Support N2 (voix & data) at SFR since July 2019. Previously, Alioune completed an internship at SFR in 2018, focusing on project management for voice and data deployment. Key responsibilities included coordinating field teams, managing client incidents, and overseeing the configuration and validation of customer premises equipment (CPE). Prior experience includes an internship at Laboratoire d'Innov'Com, where work concentrated on advanced resource allocation in LTE femtocells. Alioune holds a Master 2 in IT Management from Web Digital School and a Master 2 in Networks and Telecommunications from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis, along with a Master's level qualification in Networks and Telecommunications from Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar.
