Carole Rauner

Carole Rauner has extensive experience in marketing and project management within the telecommunications sector, primarily at SFR since 2009. In the role of Product Owner for the SFR & Moi mobile application, Carole has led high-impact projects focused on enhancing customer digital experience across various platforms such as Android and iOS. Responsibilities include the development and launch of applications, coordination among cross-functional teams, and tracking digital trends and KPIs. Previously, as Chef de Marché for SFR LA CARTE, Carole was involved in the development of prepaid tariff offers and marketing strategies to modernize the market. Other positions at SFR and RB included project management roles with responsibilities for new offer launches, communication support development, and merchandising analysis. Educational background includes a degree from Grenoble Ecole de Management in Management and Marketing.
