DEGRANGES Isabelle has extensive experience in project management and customer relationship management, particularly in the telecommunications industry. Since May 2004, Isabelle has held several key positions at Groupe Numericable-SFR, including roles focused on CRM innovation, sales analysis and reporting, and managing the remuneration project for B2C distributors. Prior to this, Isabelle worked at Rogers Communications as a customer service advisor and at La Banque Postale as a financial advisor, where responsibilities included customer retention, financial product sales, and support for real estate financing.
