Fabien Cofino

Fabien Cofino possesses extensive experience in sports management and digital learning, currently serving as Manager sportif rugby Federale 3 at Rugby Club Motterain since June 2024. With a long tenure at SFR, starting in 2007 as Formateur-Chef de projet digital Learning - Relation écoles, Fabien specializes in pedagogical engineering, training needs assessment, and the creation of training programs. Previous roles include coaching U18 Élite Crabos and U16 Nationaux at SOC RUGBY - Officiel from July 2020 to June 2024, as well as holding managerial positions at Rugby Club Motterain and Avenir Telecom. Fabien's education includes a professional coaching certification from Linkup coaching and various degrees related to management and sports from renowned institutions, culminating in ongoing studies for a DEJEPS in rugby at CREPS Voiron.
