Hakim Khallouk

Hakim KHALLOUK has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Operational Manager for Outsourcing at SFR since September 2005, overseeing service centers and defining outsourcing policies and budgets. Previously, KHALLOUK held senior project management roles, including optimizing production processes and managing deployment projects for major clients. Prior experience includes technical expertise in data architecture and project management at neuf telecom, Firstmark Communication, and UPSA. KHALLOUK's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management with a focus on sustainable development and quality at the Institut International du Management, a Bachelor's in Operational Management from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, and a degree in Engineering in High-Rate Networks and Telecommunications from ESTIA.
