Nelly Laporte is an experienced professional in credit management and project leadership, currently serving as Responsable de la sécurisation des ventes at SFR since December 2017. Nelly's role involves overseeing a team focused on fraud prevention and risk management, coordinating sales and payment security processes, and optimizing operational performance through automation. Prior to this position, Nelly held various project management roles at SFR, including Responsable de projets MOA and Chef de projets métiers et outils, contributing significantly to client management and operational efficiency.
