Olivier Lelong

Olivier LELONG is an experienced labor representative with a significant background in trade union leadership. Currently serving as Délégué Syndical Central CFDT at SFR since March 2021, Olivier has previously held roles as Délégué Syndical Central Adjoint CFDT. Prior experience includes serving as Secrétaire Fédéral at CFDT F3C from January 2016 to March 2021 and as a member of the Conseil d'Administration at the Observatoire des Métiers des Télécommunications from 2016 to 2019. Olivier has also contributed as a Conseiller Prud'homal at the Conseil des Prud'hommes from 2008 to January 2018 and held multiple Délégué Syndical Central CFDT positions across various companies, including SFR and Neuf Cegetel. Academically, Olivier holds a Master 2 in Sciences des organisations with a focus on Management des Ressources Humaines and Négociations Relations Sociales from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, completed in 2017.
