SG Enable
Ai Ling Chia currently serves as the Director of Communications and Partnerships at SG Enable, a position held since January 2020, and previously held various roles within SG Enable including Deputy Director (Communications & Development). Chia has also acted as Vice Principal at Pathlight School and has extensive experience in communications, programme development, and advocacy for persons with disabilities. Prior roles include Head of Department (English) at Jurong Junior College and Curriculum Policy and Pedagogy Officer at the Ministry of Education. Chia holds a Master of Arts in Literary Studies from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Arts with Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University.

The focal agency for disability in Singapore, it raises awareness on disability issues and facilitates access to disability schemes and services.
