Alwyn Lim

Alwyn Lim is an experienced professional in employment and human resource management, currently serving as the Manager of the Employment & Employability Division at SG Enable since July 2017. In this role, Alwyn leads a team in managing key employment programs, fund administration, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with government agencies such as Workforce Singapore and the Ministry of Social and Family Development. Prior to this position, Alwyn held roles at A*STAR as an HR Partner, at HGST as an HR Specialist focusing on recruitment, industrial relations, and employee welfare, and at ScienTec Consulting as a Recruitment Consultant. Alwyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business (Management, Human Resource) from RMIT University and a Diploma in Business (Human Resource Management & Finance) from Temasek Polytechnic.
