Margaret Lobeck

Margaret (Marge) Lobeck is a seasoned professional in program management and student engagement, currently serving as Senior Engagement Manager at Guild since April 2020. In this role, Marge cultivates strategic partnerships and optimizes the student experience for healthcare learning partners. Previously, Marge held various managerial positions at Kesem National, overseeing program implementation across multiple chapters and driving significant fundraising growth. Marge has also contributed to crisis intervention for at-risk youth with the National Runaway Safeline and led community engagement initiatives at William & Mary. Marge holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literary and Cultural Studies from William & Mary and an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder.
