With a robust background that includes roles as Director of Clinical Implementation at Pascal Metrics and Project Manager at the Children's Hospital Association, Hema has successfully developed strategies to enhance patient safety and pediatric services. They hold a Master's in Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas and are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Physiology & Biochemistry, Dietetics from the University of London.
