Maria Paz Barragan Ugarteche

Maria Paz Barragan Ugarteche is an accomplished professional in the film industry with extensive experience spanning various roles. Currently serving as the Coordinadora de sección Jóvenes Creadores y socios Nacional at SGAE since June 2022, Maria also holds positions as Productora general and CEO at FINAL ABIERTO SAC, and as a film appreciation and history instructor at Schoolling Films. Previous experience includes working as an Asistente de coordinación for the Programa Ibermedia, as well as content manager for Godard Revista de cine. Maria has also contributed to development projects at Cine 70 Films and has served as a cultural manager at Universidad de Lima. In addition to practical experience, Maria's educational background includes a Master's degree in Crítica cinematográfica from ECAM and a Master's in Gestión de la industria cinematográfica from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
