Lawrence Ramphele

Lawrence Ramphele is a Senior Electrical Design Engineer at SGB-SMIT POWER MATLA since March 2018, with prior experience as an Electrical Engineer at Powertech Transformers from January 2008 to September 2017. Ramphele specializes in the design of three-phase and single-phase power and distribution transformers, shunt reactors, and has extensive expertise in preparing tender quotations, manufacturing documents, and performing detailed design reviews using various software tools. Ramphele holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand (2002-2005), a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Tshwane University of Technology (2007-2008), and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from the University of South Africa (2013-2015).
