Monte Boots

Monte Boots has over 15 years of experience in sales management, currently serving as a District Sales Manager at SGC Foodservice since October 2007. Initially recruited as a business development manager, Monte quickly earned a promotion to DSM within 10 months, leading a team of DSRs to achieve key goals for over 500 active customers. Prior to SGC Foodservice, Monte worked at Harkers - Lombardi Brothers from December 2001 to September 2007 as a District Sales Manager, where responsibilities included building a new sales territory and managing P&L accountability for revenues and financial decisions. Monte holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Emporia State University.
