Claudia Chow

Claudia Chow is a passionate and self-driven leader currently serving as the Lead Housing Pathways for the Metro North East Region. They have previously held various positions, including Allocations Officer at SGCH, where they focused on ensuring suitable housing for vulnerable populations, and Community Facilitator at CREATE Foundation, advocating for families' needs. Claudia's earlier experience includes roles in customer service and youth work, contributing to their extensive skill set in promoting inclusiveness and community connections. They hold degrees in Community Health Services and Counseling from Macquarie University and a Diploma of Youth Work from the Australian College of Applied Psychology.
