Ghizlaine Batouta

Ghizlaine BATOUTA is an experienced talent development and human resources professional with a diverse career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Talent Development Manager Group at SGD Pharma since March 2023, Ghizlaine previously held the position of Vice-présidente ressources humaines at CAMBLI, where responsibilities included defining group strategy and managing international development, among other HR initiatives. Prior roles include DRH Talent et Culture at E2IP TECHNOLOGIES, where strategic planning and production unit startup were key focuses, and DRH at Safran, emphasizing the implementation of HR models and talent management. Additional experience includes roles at Trelleborg Group, Faurecia, and RMC Conseil. Ghizlaine holds a DUT GEA option RH from IUT De Mulhouse and a DESA in human resources management from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
