Aaron Johnson

Aaron Johnson is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at SMART Global Holdings since June 2024, Aaron has held significant positions at NETGEAR as Vice President of Finance and Senior Director Assistant Controller, and at Power Integrations as Assistant Corporate Controller and SEC Reporting Manager. Previous roles include working at Xilinx in SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as Audit Assurance Senior. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from San Jose State University, as well as two Master of Business Administration degrees in Finance from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
