Mindy Chin is currently the Operations Director at SGK, where they oversee operational excellence and client satisfaction for a global leader in brand development and packaging solutions. With over 20 years of industry experience, Mindy has developed strong skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and process optimization. Previously, they served as Operations Manager and Client Services Manager at SGK, as well as Client Relationship Manager at Ych Distripark Sdn Bhd. Mindy is also a licensed NLP practitioner and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), dedicated to empowering their team and fostering a collaborative work environment. They hold a degree from Monash University Malaysia.
