Ashley Hathaway is the Human Resources Manager at SGM. Ashley has over 20 years of experience in human resources and training. Ashley began their career as a certified ophthalmic assistant and moved into HR for the last few years of working for AEA. Ashley has a passion for helping others and making sure that everyone has a fair chance in the workplace. Ashley is very excited to be a part of the SGM team and help make a difference in the company.

Ashley Hathaway has a certification from HRCI in Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Ashley has been working in the human resources field for many years and has a lot of experience.
