Tom Malta

Tom Malta is an experienced IAM Security Architect and Senior Principal at Okta, leading initiatives in identity management since April 2021. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Strata Identity and SGNL, Tom also holds the position of Distinguished Fellow at the Ponemon Institute and serves as CEO and Principal of IAM Experts, LLC, providing advisory services in IT Security and Risk. Tom's previous roles include Global Head of Identity and Access Management at Navy Federal Credit Union and SVP, Global Head of IAM Access Controls at Wells Fargo. With over 25 years in the industry, Tom has contributed his expertise as a Principal Consulting Analyst at TechVision Research and as a board member at the Identity Defined Security Alliance. Tom holds educational qualifications from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Pace University.
