M Timothy Elder

M. Timothy Elder is a partner at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, where they practice general corporate law with a focus on corporate finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. With over three decades of experience, Elder provides legal counsel to C-Suite executives and boards of directors on a wide range of strategic and operational legal matters.
