Charlene Moser has extensive experience in client service and laboratory management spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Client Service Representative at Galson Laboratories since 1999, responsibilities include answering technical inquiries, advising on sampling methods, project management, and providing quotations and results to clients. Previously held roles include Sample Manager at Galson Laboratories, overseeing sample logging and quality control, and Section Supervisor at Galson Technical Services, where organizational and analytical skills were utilized in managing technician activities and performing trace metal analysis. Early career positions include Research Technician at Allied Chemical, focusing on wastewater treatment polymers, and Lab Technician at Galson Technical Services, conducting thorough analyses of air, water, and solid samples. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Organizational Management from Keuka College and an A.S. in Liberal Arts Science/Chemistry from the State University of New York at Morrisville.
