Talitha Baxter possesses extensive experience in IT and customer support roles, currently serving as an IT Service Desk Analyst at SGS since August 2020. With a strong background in IT support acquired through a long tenure as an IT Support Specialist at Galson Laboratories since April 2001, Talitha has developed a robust skill set in technology troubleshooting and user assistance. Previous positions include working in food service at BJ's Wholesale Club and as a sales associate at The Bon Ton Stores Inc. Talitha holds an AAS degree in Computer Information Systems from Onondaga Community College.
