Daisy Wang is a seasoned professional in organization development and talent management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director for Organization Development and Talent Management at SGS North East Asia since March 2018, Daisy Wang focuses on formulating talent management strategies, establishing succession planning, and enhancing leadership capabilities within the organization. Prior roles include Senior Organization Development Manager at Bupa Asia Limited, where strategic performance management systems were designed, and Senior Manager of Organization Development & Talent Management at Carlsberg China, contributing to the leadership pipeline and competency model development.
