James Roberts

James Roberts currently serves as the Chief People Officer at SGS, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, James held the position of Human Resources Director at Holcim from January 2017 to October 2024, where significant contributions were made to transform the organization into a purpose-driven culture. James also previously worked at GE Power Services as Vice President of Organisation & Talent, leading HR and talent strategies for a substantial business unit, and at Alstom Power in various Vice President HR roles, driving transformational change in energy services operations across multiple regions.
